Contact and enrollment
The training office answers the phone between 08:00 and 17:00 Eastern, Monday to Friday. Instructors are usually on the ground and return calls after 17:00.

The entrance is a gravel track 300 yards past the river bridge, marked with a green gate. There is no sign on the road — satellite navigation puts you at the neighboring farm.
Private crew training
For four or more candidates we will bring a course to your site. Before booking we survey the stems you intend to use, and we will decline the job if they are not suitable rather than run a compromised course.
Private courses are quoted per day plus travel from Asheville. Most crews book two consecutive days.
